Registration

1. Select “Login”
2. The first time on the website the customer will need to select “Register here”
3. Fill out the information requested:
• Phone Number
• Billing ZIP code
• Last 4 digits of SSN (or FIN)
• E-mail
• Create your Login ID
• Create your password
• Confirm password
• First Name
• Middle Name
• Last Name
4. Once this information is entered click “register”
5. The customer will then see this message: Thank you, Mr. Customer, you have successfully been registered!
6. It will then give the option to Login to their account and proceed with shopping
*Note: Registering and Logging In is not required to browse the BREW Shop site.

Login

If the customer does not have a SSN/FIN on file they will need to visit their local retail store with a photo ID to add the information to their account.
Once the customer has registered they will be able to log into the site using the Login ID and Password they created during registration.
1. Enter Login ID and Password then select the login button. 2. If the Login ID or Password is incorrect they will get the message “Invalid Login ID and/or password. Please try again.”
3. If the correct Login ID and Password is entered it will take the customer to the BREW Shop main page.
4. If the customer forgets their password or Login ID they may select the “Forgot your username/password”
5. It will then prompt the customer to enter their Phone Number, Billing ZIP code, and Last 4 digits of their SSN.
6. Once the customer has successfully logged in they will be taken to the home screen and it will display: Welcome Mr. Customer (user name) and their phone model will be automatically selected in the “My Phone” drop down menu.
*Note: Registering and Logging In is not required to browse the BREW Shop site.

Downloads

• Some applications allow customers to purchase “credits” such as Wallpaper applications and Ringtones. The application itself is downloadable via the website; however, the individual ringtones/wallpaper selections can only be browsed/selected on the handset. For example, if the customer purchases a ringtone application with 3 credits, the application itself is downloaded to the handset. Once the customer confirms the application on the handset, they may then browse the variety of ringtones and select 3 of their choice.
• When an application is selected to be downloaded from the website, the customer is not charged for the application until it is confirmed on the handset.

Notification

“Wake Up” method:
Some handsets support the Wake Up method notification. Once the customer selects “Download Now” a message is delivered to the handset indicating the application for download.
• The customer may choose “Yes” to download or “Cancel” to cancel the application; the customer is not billed until they select “Yes” to download the application on the handset.
• If the customer downloads multiple applications from the website, only the last application selected will show as a wake up message, the other downloads can be found in the “My Picks” folder using the steps in the SMS Notification method section.

Text Message Notification method:
If the handset does not support Wake Up, the customer will receive a text message on the phone once they have selected “Download Now” on the website.

The text message contains the following instructions on how to access the selected application:
• Go to the BREW Icon
• Mobile Shop
• Catalog
• My Picks
• Select Application and confirm the charge
